The resort

A Mediterranean original

Cala d’Or is unlike anywhere else in Mallorca. Its distinctive whitewashed architecture, inspired by Ibiza and designed in the 1930s by architect Josep Goday, gives the resort a Mediterranean character entirely its own. Five sheltered turquoise calas are strung along the coastline, each with its own personality, while the marina remains one of the island’s most attractive.
